The Story of Us…..
“Rushing in late for our first meeting, I was walking chaos. While running into the office with my bags in disarray and trying to catch my breath, I finally managed to pull myself together and look up to see her for the first time. I was jaw-dropped, forgot about my bags, and she took the breath I was trying to catch away anyways. It was something I had never felt before. Not knowing it at the time, but Asia would become that person (or angel) that saved me, I truly believe that. She stood by me when I needed it most and showed me a love I’d never felt before. She, being placed in my life, was nothing short of a miracle, and I cherish every waking moment with her now and forever.”

“What was defined by our first meeting, didn’t feel like our first meeting at all. The moment we met my first thought was, “oh there you are”. It was a surreal moment I can best sum up as a kind of “knowing” at first sight. I knew two things instantly - we had known each other long before that moment & I knew that we would be a part of each other’s life in a very special way. I can confidently say both have proven true. At the time, I could have never imaged how much of that “knowing” would actually become a reality and bring us to this moment. I believe it was meant to be, so wouldn’t make sense any other way.”

Asia and Matt met through the slimmest of chances, where endless amounts of circumstances, coincidences, hope, and trust had to align in order for them to come together - along with the help of both their oldest siblings. Their love story is about as serendipitous as they come, having beaten the odds going through some of the most trying times in one another’s lives. They started their relationship as collogues, which moved on to being trusted and caring friends, and after being there for each other through difficult times, they realized their care for one another was much deeper than just a friendship and began dating. While the initial period wasn’t without Matt’s persistence, 5 years later, they are the best of friends, true loves, and ride-or-die partners in life. They couldn’t imagine spending another moment not married to one another and can’t wait to finally make it official!
